Do you protect furniture and flooring?
Yes, protecting your home is a top priority. We use drop cloths, plastic sheeting, and painter’s tape to carefully protect your furniture, flooring, fixtures, and all surrounding areas. We treat your home with the same care and respect we would our own.
Are estimates free?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all projects. During your consultation, we’ll assess your space, discuss your vision, and provide a detailed quote. There’s no pressure—just honest pricing and helpful information to help you make the best decision for your home.
Do you clean up daily?
Yes, we maintain a clean and organized work site throughout your project. At the end of each day, we clean up all materials, tools, and debris. When the project is complete, we conduct a thorough final cleanup, leaving your home spotless and ready to enjoy.
What types of paint do you use?
We use only premium-quality paints from trusted brands known for their durability, coverage, and finish quality. We’ll recommend the best products for your specific project based on the surface type, room usage, and desired finish. We’re happy to discuss paint options during your consultation.
How do I prepare for my painting project?
We handle most of the preparation work, including moving furniture away from walls and protecting surfaces. We simply ask that you remove small personal items, wall decorations, and valuables from the areas being painted. We’ll provide a detailed preparation checklist before your project begins.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes, we stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you notice any issues with the quality of our painting within the warranty period, we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Can you paint on weekends or evenings?
While our standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, we understand that scheduling can be challenging. We offer Sunday appointments on a case-by-case basis and can sometimes accommodate special scheduling needs. Contact us to discuss your situation.
What's included in your surface preparation?
Proper preparation is key to a lasting finish. Our prep work includes cleaning surfaces, filling holes and cracks, sanding rough areas, caulking gaps, priming bare surfaces, and ensuring everything is smooth and ready for paint. We never cut corners on preparation.
